Founded in 1979 and registered under the Ministry of MSME, R.A.I Industries has grown from a modest workshop into one of Ludhiana's most trusted CNC machining facilities. We serve the tractor, automotive, and general engineering sectors.

Our facility houses multi-axis CNC turning and machining centres, surface and cylindrical grinders, honing machines, and a calibrated quality lab — all under one roof at Palm Garden, Sahnewal, Ludhiana.

Every shift begins with a calibration check. Every batch ends with a dimensional report. That discipline — maintained without exception since 1979 — is why our clients keep coming back.

FULL-SPECTRUM MACHINING.

CNC TURNING

Multi-axis live-tooling centres. Diameters 6–350mm. Tolerance ±5 microns on critical dimensions.

CNC MILLING

3+2 axis machining centres. Complex profiles, pockets, and contoured surfaces with exceptional repeatability.

SURFACE GRINDING

Flat and profile grinding. Surface finish Ra 0.4µm achievable. Flatness within 2 microns.

CYLINDRICAL GRINDING

OD, ID, and centerless grinding. Roundness within 1 micron. Ideal for shafts and precision bores.

HONING

Bore finishing for engine cylinders and hydraulic components. Crosshatch to DIN 7178 standard.

QUALITY INSPECTION

CMM, optical comparator, surface roughness tester — all traceable to national standards.

LASER CUTTING

High-precision fiber laser cutting on mild steel, stainless, and aluminium sheets up to 20mm thick. Clean kerf, tight tolerances.

SHEET BENDING

CNC press brake bending for complex profiles and flanges. Bend angles to ±0.5°. Sheet thicknesses from 0.8mm to 16mm.

WELDING & FABRICATION

MIG, TIG, and arc welding on mild steel, stainless, and alloy materials. Structural and precision fabrication to drawing.

SUB-ASSEMBLY

Machined + fabricated parts assembled into finished sub-assemblies. Single-source supply from raw material to ready-to-fit component.
